APPOINTMENTS
Your appointment is booked for you, please come to your appointment alone, for pure relaxation turn your phone onto silent and enjoy your experience.
The appointment will start from the scheduled time of your booking, please try to arrive on time. If you are late, your appointment may be shortened to fit the timings you were scheduled in for.
CANCELLATIONS
I hope you can appreciate that appointments are precious. Therefore, I ask that you give 48 hours notice If you need to cancel or rearrange part or the entire appointment. Failure to do so will result in 100% cost of the appointment being charged.
PATCH TEST
Some treatments may require you to have a test prior to your visit, usually 48 hours beforehand. Unfortunately if you miss your patch test, your appointment will be cancelled.
MEDICAL INFORMATION

It is essential that you inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications you are currently taking that may affect your treatments. I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe that your health or safety may be compromised due to undisclosed medical conditions or changes. BOOKING FEE
I require a booking fee to secure new or longer appointments. Booking fees are non refundable or transferable, unless due to an allergic reaction during your patch test. Booking fees vary depending on treatments and cost, please contact me for more information.
PARKING
There is free parking available to ensure your visit is stress free, please park on the driveway. Your car and contents are left at your own risk, The Beauty Retreat Bedford take no responsibility.
CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal information collected during your appointment will be kept confidential in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
LIABILITY
While we strive to provide the highest quality services, The Beauty Retreat Bedford cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from treatments. It is your responsibility to disclose any health issues prior to your appointment.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available for a monetary value or a particular treatment of choice. To avoid disappointment please give plenty of notice for bookings. Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash,Vouchers have a 6 month expiry date, Vouchers are non refundable, No change given, Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
The Beauty Retreat Bedford has zero tolerance for inappropriate behaviour. If any clients exhibit any inappropriate behaviour, they will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds will be given.
The Beauty Retreat Bedford reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through our website.
